Once out of the wrapper you need to identify which way the condom rolls down. Place the condom on your finger tip and see which end the condom rolls. The roll should be on the outside so it can be rolled down the penis.

Once you know which way the condom rolls down.. hold the tip of the condom with one hand and roll the condom over the penis with the other hand. Be sure to roll the condom all the way down. Failure to do so may cause the condo to come off.

To remove the condom just roll it down and throw it out. Never flush used condoms down the toilet they are not biodegradable and therefore bad for the environment.

Things to remember:

• Check the expiration date.
• Make sure not to tear or damage the condom with your teeth or nails trying to open then wrapper.
• Check the condom from time to time. Some condoms may tear or break during intercourse.
• Never use a condom more than once.
