It was on my return flight from “the adult novelty show” in the Ft Lauderdale airport that I discovered the security threat of a diabetic woman sporting breast implants.

There I was standing behind a roped off area with a TSA official checking my boarding pass and  drivers license that I watched my bags filled with catalogs, product samples, personal electronics going through the x-ray scan multiple times. Finally in a loud voice from across the room I said  “they’re vibrators” when the x-ray technician motioned a long curved object, to which in a louder more authoritative voice I one again yelled across the room ” it’s a g spot DILDO”.

One can well imagine the looks and eyes of all the adults and families fixated on me including those of all the TSA personal.

It was then as I watched women with bulging breast implants pass thru security with nothing more than a gawk, that I wondered, how much liquid are in those things? After all TSA regulations prohibit more than 3.5 oz of liquid.

 ”The average implant volume is 450 cc. Therefore, a 450-cc saline-filled breast implant weighs about 1.3 pounds (not counting the shell’s weight, which is around 15 to 25 grams). Two implants may weigh about 2.6 pounds with over 30 oz of liquid.”

That is almost TEN times the TSA limits………

Imagine Al-Qaeda outfits a suicide bomber with breast implants filled with plastic explosives and because she is diabetic, TSA security would find it acceptable for her to carry insulin syringes only hers are filled with detonation chemicals.

So the next time you lament how the TSA forbids you to carry drinking water through security, think about all those breast implants filled with saline or silicone or perhaps even plastic explosives.

Have a safe flight.

Beyond the absurdity of our lack of “intelligent security”, perhaps we would best served if the TSA read the body and not a checklist!

I wrote this to make a point.

11. One of my favorite creative and fun things to do on a date is to take a class. You can take a karate class, fitness class like yoga for free in most places. You might find you both enjoy the classes and become regulars.

12. Street fairs and yard sales are a fun and inexpensive way to pass the day while shopping.

13. Hitting the book store is always fun. Sit and read books, grab a cup of coffee and learn about what your partner likes to read or is into.

14. Comedy clubs are fun and cheap. Who doesn’t like to laugh? Go check out your favorite comedian. Or go on ameture night and get in for cheaper or even free!

15. Museums are not only educational and inexpensive but they can be fun. Yes, learning can be fun. Some museums have a low cost to enter or ask for a small donation.

Communication is key. Just because you are miles away doesn’t mean that you can’t be involved in your partners life. Being able to share personal information about your day, thoughts and problems is a good way to build a bond and keep it.

Phone calls

When your in a long distance relationship nothing brings you closer than hearing the other persons voice. Placing a call is not as expensive as it use to be. Many cell phone companies have unlimited plans. There are also free VOIP services like Skype that make keeping in contact affordable and easy.

Texting

Texting is a great way to let someone know through out the day that they are thinking bout them. IT takes only a second to do and it will let your partner know that you’re thinking of them.

Video

Most new laptops come with web cams installed in them. Using an instant messenger sch as Yahoo , AIM, & MSN are free and will allow you to have a video chat with your partner.

Snail Mail

Even in today’s technology based world people still love to get stuff in the mail. Write a letter, send a postcard or mail a piece of clothing so your partner has something of yours. This will help let them no you are real. Especially if this is an online relationship where you haven’t seen each other much if it all in person.
