Premature Ejaculation Exercises: Learn Orgasm Control with Masturbation Techniques

Orgasm Control & Longer Erections: How to last longer in Bed

Learning orgasm control is the best way to last longer in bed. The best way to master this kind of orgasm control is to use different masturbation techniques that are meant to make you last longer for longer periods of time, such as the stop and go techniques. Another important aspect to consider is endurance. Building strong pelvic muscles will help build endurance, as well as making for more powerful orgasms.

Exercises and masturbation techniques to prevent premature ejaculation

The following are some masturbation techniques that you can use for lasting longer and experience more intense orgasms.

(1) Stop and Go Masturbation Technique

This is one of the most basic techniques known to man. You can use any hand technique that you choose for this; the idea is to learn self control of your orgasm. Begin to masturbate, but right before ejaculation; STOP. Put your hands down or behind your head, just don't touch your penis at all. Give it a few seconds and then begin again. Do this at least four times, but go longer if you can. You will reach a point where you can no longer hold back the orgasm, despite not touching your penis. When that happens, you will find it is the most intense orgasm that you've ever had, and you'll have more semen during ejaculation.

(2) Hard & Unhard Masturbation Technique

This method is best if you start before your penis is fully erect and you are lying on a flat surface. Use any hand technique that you like and let your penis get hard for about ten seconds while you continue to stimulate yourself. After the ten seconds are up, stop masturbating. Straighten out your muscles and relax, letting your penis get a little softer. Hold this relaxed position for another ten seconds and then start over. Continue until you can't hold back your orgasm.

Did you know?

(3) The Torture Masturbation Technique

I know, I know, torturing oneself doesn't sound like very much fun, but let's be honest: the getting there is always sweet torture. At least this will make it more intense. To begin, use 20 light strokes from base to top. Follow this up with ten quick strokes, but do not apply too much pressure to any of your strokes. Keep alternating for several minutes and then pause for a few seconds. Then begin again. Keep up the routine until the orgasm just comes - pun intended. The lightness of your touch is the key here. Adding pressure increases the blood in the penis and makes the orgasm happen a little quicker. But you're looking to prolong orgasms, so try less pressure.

(4) The Ring Technique

This technique is fairly simple, yet effective. Begin by giving yourself an erection. Be sure to use plenty of lube. Next, cup your scrotum in the hand that you do not use to masturbate with. Massage your balls for a minute. Next, wrap your forefinger and thumb of your free hand around the base of the shaft in a backhand grip - forming a ring. Begin by twisting the ring backwards and forwards at the base. Slowly move your hand up the shaft while continuing to twist your fingers. Be sure that you do not grip your penis with the rest of your hand; you are only to twist the ring. Move a quarter of an inch every few twists until you reach the corona, or the rim of the head. Once there, squeeze the ring finger tightly around the corona and then shove it down your shaft back to the base. Pause and massage your balls a few times, then start the process again. Keep going until you can't go any more.

The last technique that I'm going to talk about isn't a masturbation technique but it will help work the pelvis muscles. This will help increase your endurance, as well as, prolong your orgasms and build orgasm control.

(5)Kegel Exercises for Men

You've heard about Kegals for women. Well guess what: men can do them, too. This is an easy technique that can be done anywhere, anytime, and with no one can see. Basically, you're squeezing your pelvis muscles in: like you need to urinate, but have to hold it until you get to the bathroom. So, to begin these exercises, you want to start by holding and releasing your pelvis muscles 15 times, twice per day. At this point, don't hold the contraction; just squeeze and immediately release. Gradually work your way up to 75 squeezes, twice a day. Once you reach 75, start over with 15 squeezes twice a day, but this time hold the contraction for about three seconds before releasing. Work your way up to 50 of these longer exercises and then begin alternating between the longer ones and the shorter ones.

Now that you have some techniques in mind, get to work! If you want to build erection endurance and learn orgasm control, then you need a little practice. And it's as easy as masturbating and doing Kegels; no pills needed!

Ladies, you can also help your man by performing these techniques with him. Just remember to stop and go. If your man ejaculates fairly quickly in the beginning, don't give him a hard time. Part of the problem in preventing premature ejaculations is the fact that men feel overwhelmed with pressure to perform. And much of what gets a man off is his mind, so with negative and counterproductive thoughts running through his, he's bound to have some problems. It doesn't help when you feel the need to show your displeasure. But, imagine the difference if you helped and encouraged him. Sex is supposed to be fun, so enjoy it together – no matter how long it lasts!
